4 x 4 Course (4×4)

Course Outline

This course covers theoretical aspects such as:

• 4×4 Dynamics (break-over angle, Suspension, etc.)
• 4×4 Transmission operation (What makes a 4X4 a 4X4)
• Engaging low-range & diff-lock
• 4×4 Driving techniques.

This course covers practical aspects such as:

• Operating your 4X4 vehicle correctly.
• Engaging high-range, low-range & diff-lock.
• Traversing 4X4 obstacles.

The Workshop is 50% Theory and 50% Practical.

Pre-requisites 

• A valid South African driver’s license for the motor vehicle being operated.
